Sales and Business Development Manager

UXSSR is a new generation consulting firm. We find product-market fit for startups, create business models, help companies enter new markets, design, and polish user experience.

Our team conducts market research, tracks trends, transforms business processes so our customers could keep up with the changing world and make it a better place.

We provide the following services:

  • analysis and forecast trends in your industry;
  • markets, products, and user research;
  • studying and modeling customer behavior – CX/UX — design products and services;
  • create and customize ecosystems;
  • digital transformation;
  • respondents recruiting for research.

We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager for our fast-growing International Sales department to lead sales, onboarding, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new revenue, build, and maintain relationships with customer in CIS, UK, US, EU.
  • Inbound and outbound sales.
  • Lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management – finding new clients, identify opportunities and pursue them to successful closure.
  • Meet with potential customers and conduct presentations, create sales pitches and decks, identify key decision makers, negotiate.
  • Effectively sell to all levels of management in these accounts.
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue for new accounts.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Preparation and approval of contracts.
  • Supervising account management and service delivery after closing.

Key Qualifications

  • Fluent English, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (IT highly preferred) — 3+ years.
  • B2B sales experience in a digital segment.
  • Experience working with CRM and LinkedIn.
  • Experience collaborating with international clients with be a plus.
  • Driven and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
