Marketing and PR Specialist

The marketing specialist is responsible for the formation and implementation of the company’s promotion strategy in different regions (UK & Europe, USA, Asia, MENA, CIS) together with the senior leadership. Our perfect candidate is an active practitioner who is able not only to formulate a promotion plan, but also to implement it independently and with the involvement of a team of different specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Create news and maintain communication about it within the team, on social media, and on external resources.
  • Prepare content for the website (including overseeing the creation of web pages for individual projects in collaboration with the designer).
  • Work with the media: oversee preparation and publication of materials.
  • Prepare and organize participation in industry events, designing your own events in collaboration with other colleagues.
  • Work with promotional materials: Manage the launch of targeted advertising, etc, conducting analysis of advertising effectiveness.
  • Work with international advertising sites to promote the company and its services.
  • Prepare presentation materials together with the new business department.
  • Propose and implement innovative ideas for the company’s advertising channels.

Key Qualifications

Required:

  • Experience in marketing and PR.
  • Experience of working with international projects and international venues.
  • Experience in venture capital industry.
  • Ability to work in a team: can take responsibility and listen to the opinion of others.
  • Initiative-taking approach to the work: looking for ways to solve the problem and achieve the result, not the reasons why it did not work.
  • Systems thinking: you can break down to components anything from a ballpoint pen to a complex project.
  • The ability to grasp the essence and have a good understanding of what you are doing for the first time.
  • Project management skills: You know not only how to set the task, but also how to achieve the desired result.
  • Ability to see the bottlenecks and shortcomings in your own and surrounding processes and to propose measures to eliminate them.
  • The ability to formulate thoughts briefly and clearly.
  • Experience of working with social networks, blogs, mailing lists and knowledge of the principles of promotion in them.
  • Experience as a copywriter or editor.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and targeting tools.
  • Attention to details.

Preferably:

Higher education in management or marketing.
