UX research helps improve business performance by understanding audience needs. User Experience Research includes dozens of research methods, tests and frameworks: in-depth interviews, focus groups, ethnography, etc. Also we use eye tracking, card sorting, diaries, RITE.
UXSSR experts together with the product team formulate the goals and objectives of the study, choose an appropriate method or a mix of methods, determine the information storage framework in advance.
